Thomas Johnson and daughters

Thomas Johnson had eight daughters and three sons. The daughters were:

Elizabeth
Martha
Amanda
Margaret
Rebecca
Mary
Sally Ann
and Eliza


Rebecca, named after her mother, died young. Elizabeth, Martha, Amanda, Mary and Sally Ann married and had families of their own. Eliza had German measles as a child. It must have been a severe case, or she ran a very high fever, as it left her mind affected. Margaret cared for Eliza and for her father until she died.

My daughter and I have a strange connectedness. When she was a baby, I would wake in the night Before she cried to be fed and. Now that she is older, it doesn't always come through, but this morning just as she, in another time zone, was having a nasty experience with a MRI doctor, I was scalding myself with a cup of hot tea.
